Processors & Third Parties

We use service providers (e.g. hosting, booking, payment, and embedded media such as maps or audio players). Where they act on our behalf, this is governed by data-processing agreements; where they act as independent controllers, their own privacy terms apply. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.

Transmission of data over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for security gaps outside our control; our statutory data-protection obligations remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with data processing is limited as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Mandatory statutory liability, in particular under Art. 82 GDPR, remains unaffected.
